**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build professional networks.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including progress towards goals and key performance indicators.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
