**Project/Salesforce Administrator**
**Full Time, Permanent**
- *This is a hybrid or remote position depending on location_
Reporting to the COO, the Project/Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for all company projects. Responsible for all company projects. Process-related projects, Business Development (BD) requests, and all Salesforce projects. Also serves as the external audit coordinator.
**Responsibilities include**:
**Project Responsibilities**:
- Define, manage, and lead assigned projects
- Meet project objectives and timelines and identify and address dependencies across cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Communicate and coordinate with leadership to execute projects effectively
- Develop project scopes and/or business cases
- Responsible for working with customers to ensure accountability and successful project completion according to the scoped business and contractual requirements
- Completes all audit requirements as necessary and coordinates different aspects of an audit with various departments
- Be a domain expert, deeply understanding the market and internal customer challenges to solve real problems
**Salesforce Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations to support the Salesforce platform and data integrity
- Manage development, quality assurance and production environments
- Work with custom objects / Apex development
- Ensure basic administrative functions like user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Manage data feeds and other integrations
**Requirements include**:
- Post-graduate or equivalent
- Salesforce Administration certification or equivalent
- Excellent Project management skills
- Experience in the Insurance industry considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of customer support processes and procedures

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
