**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
- Research, recommend, plan and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation and activities based on client preferences, budget and current travel trends.
- Create personalized travel itineraries that align with client's unique needs and desires.
- Process payments, deposits, and refunds in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, itineraries, and financial transactions
- Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure the accuracy of reservations, promptly confirm bookings, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the booking process.
- Manage changes to bookings, cancellations, and rebooking as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during travel
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in travel regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3 years
- Tico certification
- Tico management certification an asset
- Previous experience using Amadeus
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation. Certificate or College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma in Travel / Hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel platforms.
- Knowledge of various travel destinations, hotels, airlines, and attractions
- Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driver’s License an asset
