**Expectations**:
- Ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests
- Accurately review and enter all customers’ appointments, inquiries and / or concerns into the dealership scheduling system.
- Be able to demonstrate strong, mature communication skills.
- Being comfortable working in a team environment, but focused on your individual daily tasks and objectives.
- Create and maintain positive relationships by providing an energetic and positive experience.
- Flexibility in working hours as needed.
- Leverage rapport and product knowledge to promote dealership services.
- Must be open to constructive feedback, training, and demonstrate openness to new ideas.
- Scheduling of appointments that fit both the needs of the customers as well as the needs of the dealerships we support.
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years customer service / sales experience required.
- Experience in a call center environment will be considered an asset.
- Experience working in automotive industry will be considered an asset.
- Farsi, Hindu, Cantonese / Mandarin, Russian will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong computer literacy skills needed.
