The Strategy, Support and Integrated Initiatives division provides strategic and integrated policy and project services and functions for Justice. The division’s focus centers on cross-divisional and cross-ministry projects such as strategic policy initiatives, business transformations and Justice Digital.

**Role Responsibilities**:

As a member of our team, you will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Change Management and take on the responsibility of delivering services across four key areas: Service Integration, Client Projects, Training & Resources, and Reporting & Research.

You will have the chance to collaborate closely with various teams, including the Enterprise Change Management team, branch team, division team, and other project teams like Steering Committees, Project Management, Business Analysis, and areas across Justice. You will also have both the autonomy to work independently with mínimal supervision as appropriate and work collaboratively with the team on assigned tasks. - **Service Integration**: Promoting, developing, and maintaining integrated initiatives through effective communication, building relationships, and forming partnerships within and between Enterprise Change Management’s client divisions, branches, teams, individuals, and priority initiatives.
- **Client Projects**: Leading and managing projects with support as appropriate.
- **Training & Resources**: Participating in the creation, reviewing, refining, and delivering of Enterprise Change Management training materials and presentations.
- **Reporting & Research**: Using evidence-based reporting to ensure Enterprise Change Management’s effectiveness and accountability in adding value to Ministry initiatives and clients.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- A related university degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, Human Ecology, etc.
- PLUS 2 years minimum related experience including organizational change management, project work, research, and evaluation.

Equivalencies will be considered based on one-year experience for one year of education or one year of education for one year of experience.

Examples:

- A related 2-year related diploma and 4 years of related experience.
- A related 2-year masters.
- A related 1-year certificate and 5 years related experience. No post secondary education and a minimum of 6 years related experience.**Assets**:

- Advanced writing, editing, review and communication experience.
- Experience with public speaking.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Certified in Prosci’s Organizational Change Management or in International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) engagement methods.
