Farm Shop Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist by supporting daily farm operations on recordkeeping and the accounting side of the business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve farm goals efficiently.
- The accounts payable/shop record keeping tech is responsible for processing/coding vendor invoices for timely recording and payment. Perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the payment of goods and services.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating basic accounting software.
- Proficiency in apps, and tech based record keeping.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of farm equipment to determine parts and repair invoices categories.
- Strong understanding of basic farming practices.
- Ability to perform basic math for measuring and calculating quantities related to farming tasks.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
