The Volcom store is looking for an a key holder to join our team at Polo Park. We strongly believe that a store's success is related to the stores management team level of passion and dedication. As a result, the ideal key holder is someone passionate about retail and someone who imparts their knowledge and expertise on their team with the goal of surpassing sales budgets and exceeding in both customer and team expectations. The stores key holders will work directly with the manager on all aspects of the store's operation.

Key duties &responsibilities:
Recruit, hire and train sales team on customer service &product knowledge.

Continuous on the floor sales coaching &motivating.

Ensure merchandising standards are met.

Full involvement with in store displays.

Along with the manager prioritize areas to focus on in order to continuously improve the performance of the store.

Reconciliation of cash, sales receipts, stock and daily paperwork.

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to quickly and calmly problem solve.

Able to work with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: $11.95-$16.46 per hour

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
