As Residential Cleaner, you play an important role for Victoria Organic Cleaning Company. Reporting directly to the Principal Owner, you are responsible for providing the highest quality of cleaning services to our clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The examples of functions listed in this job description are representative and not necessarily exhaustive.

Cleaning and maintaining clients’ households

º Cleaning all surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms

º Washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, windows, counters, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces

º Sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing

º Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surfaces

º Proficient in making beds, fluffing pillows

º Folding laundry

º Handling all furniture and appliances carefully

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS

º Minimum 1 - year of experience in a similar position and customer service

º Criminal Record Check required

º Must have a vehicle and valid drivers’ license

º No smoking before or during work hours as the smell carries into the clients’ spaces

º No alcohol or other drug (weed) use before or during work hours

º Possess excellent communication skills

º Ability to multitask, work independently and alongside colleagues

º Communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing

º Possess strong attention to detail

º Able to organize work

º Ability to operate applicable equipment

º Physical ability to perform the duties of the position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
