**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sell products effectively by demonstrating features and benefits.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase merchandise.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technical sales or product demonstrations is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards selling, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
