**Position Summary**:
The Upholstery Seamstress will be responsible for sewing, repairing, and creating fabric patterns for various furniture pieces. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to understand and interpret patterns, and the skill to consistently replicate designs to ensure accuracy and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cut, sew, and assemble fabric pieces for upholstery projects.
- Read, interpret, and follow upholstery patterns and templates.
- Create and replicate patterns for different furniture types.
- Operate industrial sewing machines and related tools.
- Inspect completed pieces to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with upholsterers and production team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a seamstress, tailor, or in upholstery sewing (preferred).
- Strong understanding of fabric handling and sewing techniques.
- Ability to read and follow patterns and instructions.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
