**Your Role**

As a Before & After School Support Educator, you will help create a safe, engaging, and responsive atmosphere where children feel seen, valued, and inspired to explore. You will:
**Engage Through Exploration**
- Plan and facilitate hands-on, active-learning experiences connected to real-world problem solving and meaningful inquiry.

**Support Concept-Inquiry Learning**
- Guide children in exploring big ideas such as systems, change, balance, movement, and interconnection.

**Foster Belonging and Self-Identity**
- Build warm, trusting relationships that help children develop confidence, autonomy, and a strong sense of self.

**Collaborate with Purpose**
- Work closely with the team to create a cohesive, inclusive, and reflective learning environment.

**Commit to Consistency**
- Be available for both parts of the daily split shift to ensure continuity of care and connection.
