Join our growing team at Beauty First Spa. We are looking for an **Inventory Associate** for our warehouse operations. Some travel will be required between the locations.
- **DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED**:

- **MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT HEAVY WEIGHT**:

- **Having a car would be useful**
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that stores have adequate inventories for all the products at any given time.
- Maintain the physical and electronic management of all inventories within the warehouse and Beauty First locations.
- Communicate with vendors on delivery dates and accuracy of shipping quantities.
- Allocate inventory properly to maximize sales and arrange for delivery to stores.
- Carry out activities like product set-up and product receiving.
- Prepare and distribute inventory reports for internal teams to ensure product integrity, traceability, and inventory updates.
- Managing inventory by keeping records of available products.
- Support the execution of offers and markdowns during SALE or promotional events.
- Coordinate with all the internal teams to prepare for new product arrivals and re-stocks.
- Any other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience in office administration
- Supply chain management and inventory management experience an asset
- Understanding of the logístical cycle in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility and proactiveness with regards to day-to-day work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross functional departments.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, continuous improvement environment.
- Travel between locations will be required, as needed.
