Face to Face Games is Canada’s largest Magic: The Gathering retailer and a leader in the industry. We’re known for running the biggest and best events across the country, bringing unforgettable experiences to players of all levels.

**About the Role**
We’re looking for an Event Project Manager to work alongside our Head of Events. This role is all about keeping our events organized, on track, and memorable; from logistics and floor management to handling paperwork and reconciliation after the show. You’ll help deliver events of every scale, from local gatherings of a hundred players to convention-centre spectacles with thousands. Expect a lot of travel, a lot of variety, and the chance to play a key role in some of the most exciting Magic events in Canada.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support pre-event planning (staffing, logistics, materials).
- Lead on-site operations and manage event staff.
- Be the point person for players, staff, and venue partners.
- Oversee teardown, reporting, reconciliation, and post-event follow-up.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Comfortable traveling frequently (many weekends and some holidays).
- Experience in events, logistics, or retail leadership.
- A calm problem-solver who thrives under pressure.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary: $50,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience.
- Performance bonuses.
