**What You’ll Do**:
**Own content strategy and execution**:From concept to copywriting to design you’ll drive consistent, compelling messaging that aligns with our brand.

**Support Public Relations & Critical Comms**:Work with senior leaders to craft external communications including press releases, media statements, and response messaging.

**Design impactful visuals**:Create engaging communication assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and more.

**Promote strategic initiatives**:Partner with HR, Marketing, and leadership to align messaging around key business goals and cultural moments**.**

**Collaborate & coordinate**:Work cross-functionally to support event promotions, internal campaigns, and leadership updates.

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or agency roles.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills—you know how to write for different voices and internal audiences.
- Experience in content creation, internal campaigns, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Knowledge of video content development/editing is a plus.
- Exposure to external PR and crisis communications is a strong asset.
- A strategic thinker with solid project and time management skills.
- Comfortable balancing multiple requests and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
