Experienced Fencing Foreman

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage and supervise fencing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Training of workers in fencing installation and general construction.
- Supervision of employees on work sites and projects.
- Installation of fence posts, and fabrication as per specifications provided.
- Liaising with clients as required on various projects.
- Co-ordinate and supervise activities depending on projects.
- Set up machines and equipment for fencing projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide construction activities.
- Provide training and supervision to junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence on the job site.

**Skills**
- Proven track record of necessary experience, pride of workmanship, strong leadership skills, mature, reliable and able to work well under main contractor supervision and rules.
- Strong management skills with experience supervising teams in a construction environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$34.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
