**Tractor Disc Operator**

**Key Information**:

- ** Hours: Project dependent. Overtime required.**:

- ** Must be willing to work evenings and weekends on various schedules.**:

- **Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**:

- **Health benefits and vacation pay offered.**
- Must be able to operate a tractor disc in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must be able to understand how to prepare the soil to dry for compaction.
- Must be familiar with aspects of road construction and compaction of soil.
- Willing to help ground personnel when required.
- Preform pre and post trip inspections on the unit.

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- Must have **2 seasons**as a Tractor Disc Operator.
- Understand the issues involving ground disturbance.
- ** Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS 09 or 2020), WHMIS 2015, and ground disturbance 201 are required.**:

- Must comply with the company's drug and alcohol policy, including testing requirements.
- ** Valid class 5 driver's license with clean drivers abstract valid within 30 days of employment.**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Safety Oriented.
- ** A reliable means of transportation is required.**:

- Proficient English language skills required**.**

**Education**: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
