ON CALL POSITION 24/7 - Small Equipment Operator
- Sidewalk Snow Removal

Operating small equipment like Gators with salter and plow to make walkways and sidewalks safe. Must be available to work at any time, as well as make salt runs to site to check safety conditions. This is done with a partner, two nights working and two nights off.
- Guaranteed hours available (15-25hrs/week), this is pay you revieve whether is snows or not. Hours worked over your guaranteed hours are payed additionally weekly.
- Ability to drive to the shop yard (Pickering) and various sites in the GTA.
- Work in a fast paced environment clearing snow from parking lots to appropriate piling area (on site).
- Wear winter safe dress attire, some PPE will be provided.
- Assist all others on site.
- Full G license and ability to get to work when called in.
- On Call
- Will be given as much notice as possible for working hours, our working hours are weather dependent. This means there are occasions in the middle of the night you will be called to work. You will need to have your phone on you at all times for updates and constant company 2 employee communication.

All staff riding in vehicles together must take monthly covid tests.
All disinfectant is provided in various trucks and equipment.
