Position: Professional Cleaning Technician

We are seeking individuals to join our luxury cleaning business as Professional Cleaning Technicians. As the face of our business, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence and presenting our brand in the best light.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute each task on the cleaning checklist meticulously, following step-by-step instructions provided in the cleaning kit for reference.
- Demonstrate a thorough approach by utilizing all tools in the kit to tackle stains, build-up, and caked-on grime.
- Embrace a 360 cleaning perspective, examining surfaces from all angles to ensure no streaks, crumbs, or spots are overlooked.
- Adhere to proper sanitizing protocols, ensuring comprehensive cleanliness and polishing of every surface.
- Perform detailed cleaning from ceilings to floors, both inside and outside.

Training and Compensation:

- Receive 12 weeks of comprehensive job training, working closely with a team leader for supervision and guidance.
- Begin as a Beginner Level 1 Cleaner with a starting pay of $18/hour during the training period.
- Progress through different levels, earning a $2/hour increase for each accomplished level.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
