Snowy Village Cafe is a newly established restaurant located in Calgary, AB, Canada, and is
seeking dynamic and creative individuals to join its marketing team.

**Job Title**: Marketing Specialist

**Reports to**: General Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and increase brand awareness.
2.Collaborate with the restaurant management team to identify target audiences and develop effective messaging.
3.Create and manage social media channels with a focus on Chinese social media platforms such as RED, TikTok, WeChat...etc.
5.Coordinate promotional events and partnerships to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
6.Create and maintain marketing materials such as menus, flyers, and posters.
7.Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
8.Keep up-to-date with marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
9.Work with the restaurant management team to identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty and retention.
10.Provide support for other marketing-related initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1.College's degree in business marketing or related working experience
2.Fluent in English and Chinese, both speaking and writing
3.1+ years of experience in sales and marketing preferred
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and business partners
5.Knowledge of local marketing trends and competition would be an good asset.

**Job Status**: Permanent, Full-time, 30 - 40 hours/week

**Salary and Benefits**: $38.50/hour, 10 days’ vacation per year.

**Working Conditions**:
The Marketing Specialist will work in a fast-paced, restaurant environment. This position may require some evening and weekend work, as well as occasional off-site meetings and events.
