**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform all duties in accordance with the mission statement, organizational philosophy, and administrative policies and standards of St. Joseph's Villa
- Inform staff member of testing process
- Ensure staff/visitors have completed all necessary documents
- Complete required IPAC screening of staff/visitors upon entry
- input information in tracking document
- Preparation of testing tubes with staff members' information
- Prepare corresponding test cartridge
- Perform rapid antigen testing on staff/visitors
- Other related duties as assigned/required

**Formal Education Requirements**:

- Grade 12 High School Education
- Clerical experience in a medical environment is preferred
- Good working understanding of excel/microsoft word is an asset
- Good communication and writing skills are required
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
