Research Assistants are normally students, in a University of Winnipeg undergraduate program, employed to assist with tasks related to research. Work is performed within defined guidelines and under supervision of a more senior researcher or faculty member.
**Position Overview**:
This position will entail providing research assistance to researchers in the Department of Business and Administration via the facilitation of the Behavioural Research Lab.
**Duties**:
- Additional time commitment will be required for training and onboarding.
**Qualifications**:
- Have good standing as an undergraduate student in the Department of Business and Administration, Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field with a GPA of B or higher.
- Be responsible, good at time management, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be eager to learn.
- Previous research with lab facilitation would be an asset, but is not a requirement for this position.
**Condition(s) of Employment**:
- **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**
The period of work will be from **September 19, 2025 - December 5, 2025**and the estimated total hours of work will be **0-45 hours**.
