Swap N Shop, one of Ottawa's finest pawn and thrift stores, is hiring a permanent full-time RETAIL SALES AND SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE. Swap N Shop is a challenging but rewarding workplace that recognizes its employees' dedication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Customer sales and cashier duties (previous store experience preferred)
- Photographing and posting merchandise on Facebook and Kijiji
- Updating online ads and media sites
- Cleaning and sanitizing store and merchandise

QUALIFICATIONS:

- MUST BE AVAILABLE 5 days each week 9:30AM to 6PM including Saturdays (available Christmas Eve and Boxing Day)
- Punctual with professional appearance (no bare arms or torn jeans)
- Basic math and adding skills (ability to give accurate change)
- Experience with a cash register and handling money
- Fluent in English (French is an asset)
