**Job Title**: Maintenance Day Porter

**Location**: Downtown, Vancouver

**Shift**: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a reliable, conscientious individual who takes pride in shiny clean spaces. This is a part-time opportunity to support our client by providing an essential service - keeping their workforce safe. If you understand the importance of Health & Safety, sanitation and cleanliness, we want to hear from you.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
**Exterior Clean**:
Sweep and clear litter from the front and back of the house, breeze way, underground parking and loading bay
Dust all green window ledges, spot clean entrance glass doors, check and clean washrooms on the main floor
Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers and clean the garbage room floor once a week/when requested
Flatten cardboard in the loading bay when required
Attend to work orders as assigned by the site supervisor or manager

**You have**:
Motivation and a willingness to work and learn
Strong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift
Ability to take initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with mínimal supervision
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine
Knowledge of WHMIS is not required, but considered an asset
Cleaning experience is considered an asset, but not required
Must be able to pass a security background check
