**Sanitation Technician**

**Job Summary**:
The Sanitation Technician plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the cultivation facility. This individual ensures that all areas, tools, and equipment are properly cleaned and disinfected according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance standards. This role is essential in supporting a healthy grow environment and product integrity.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Waste Management**:
Regularly empty garbage cans and replace liners across the facility to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination.
- **Restroom Maintenance**:
Clean and sanitize employee and visitor bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and fixtures, ensuring they are stocked with supplies and meet hygiene standards.
- **Tool and Equipment Cleaning**:
Wash, sanitize, and properly store cultivation tools, totes, and other equipment after use to prevent cross-contamination and ensure operational readiness.
- **Floor and Surface Cleaning**:
Perform routine and deep cleaning of all facility floors and walls, including sweeping, mopping, and spot-cleaning spills to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Grow Room Sanitation**:
Conduct, with a team, detailed cleaning and sanitation of grow rooms following each harvest cycle, including walls, floors, lights, and grow equipment.
- **Dry Room Cleaning**:
Clean and sanitize drying rooms to maintain optimal conditions for product drying and curing, ensuring compliance with cleanliness and regulatory standards.
- **Adherence to SOPs**:
Follow all sanitation protocols and procedures as outlined in company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent and compliant cleaning practices.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
Complete daily logs and checklists to verify that sanitation tasks have been performed in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
- **Collaboration with Cultivation Team**:
Work closely with cultivation and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient turnover of clean rooms and equipment.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:
Support the broader operational goals of Big League Cultivation by completing additional cleaning, organizational, or maintenance tasks as requested by supervisors or management.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
