You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and overseeing the flow of both new and used vehicles. This position ensures that our sales teams and customers have access to the right vehicles at the right time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Inventory Management**:

- Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and identified in inventory systems (KeyVault, PBS, Vauto, RapidRecon).
- Organize and maintain vehicle display areas for optimal customer presentation.
- Track and document vehicle deliveries and transfers.
- ** Vehicle Documentation**:

- Verify and store all necessary documentation (titles, registration, condition reports) for each vehicle.
- Maintain records for trade-ins, vehicle reconditioning, and dealership inventory audits.
- Handle dealer trades with other Honda stores, coordinating with the New Car Sales Manager.
- ** Vehicle Preparation**:

- Work with the Used Car Sales Manager to inspect, clean, and detail vehicles before display.
- Coordinate vehicle movements between lot, Service Dept., and Sales Dept.
- Notify the lot team upon new vehicle shipments.
- ** Inventory Reporting & Data Entry**:

- Regularly update inventory tracking systems with new arrivals, recall units, and changes.
- Assist in reconciling physical counts with system data.
- ** Vehicle Maintenance and Condition**:

- Monitor vehicle conditions on the lot and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance.
- ** Customer Interaction (as needed)**:

- Assist customers in the showroom and direct them to Sales Representatives.
- Answer phones when Sales/Service BDC is unavailable.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- ** Online Merchandising**:

- Handle vehicle photography through Impel promptly.
- Complete vehicle descriptions through D2C efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and service teams
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
