Experienced General Handyman

HRG is looking for an experienced general labour to add to our awesome crew

**To be successful in this position, you must be able to perform the following duties**:

- do-it-all type and take care of almost all general repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Carpentry repairs
- Insulation, Framings, trim work
- Taping, drywall, priming and painting
- Basic floor installation
- Basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical knowledge is an asset
- Assist trades with electrical, HVAC and plumbing
- Reading and understanding drawings and blueprints to prepare the scope of work
- Service preparation (removal of grout, cleaning, levelling, ceramic)
- Comfortable working with tools, hardware and electrical
- Thorough understanding of what’s required to get the job done
- At least ten as an experienced handyman/woman
- Working Vehicle and Valid Canadian driver's license
- A vehicle will be provided (based on a clean driving record)
- Ability to commute from site to site
- Safety training (working at heights, OHASA, Workplace Hazard Materials)
- Ability to and feel comfortable using power tools
- Able to communicate in English efficiently
- Superior Customer Service
- Reliable and Flexible
- High school or bachelor's degree
- Reliable transportation to Toronto, ON daily

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
