**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an Experienced & Reliable Wire Rope Splicer to join our team on a full time basis. You will be overseeing the Warehouse and rigging operations. This includes coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, leading the fabrication of rigging products and maintaining inventory accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cut & Spool Wire Rope
- Manufacture Wire Rope Slings
- Manufacture & Inspect Chain Sling Assemblies
- Ensure a quality product is produced, as per the company quality standards
- Organize, clean, and ensure overall maintenance of the rigging workspace
- Maintain an efficient production speed with mínimal quality issues
- Responsible for inventory accuracy by recording items used in production
- Ensure inventory is stored in an appropriate manner to ease accessibility and identification, and reduce the potential for damage to products

**Qualifications**:

- Must be experienced in the manufacturing of wire rope and chain slings
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level
- Able to operate a Forklift in a safe manner
- You are able to Lead, Supervise and train new and current employees
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
