**Here’s what your daily tasks will look like in your new role**:

- Drive sales growth and set individual and team sales targets for our representatives.
- Implement sales strategies, analyze sales results and make proactive decisions.
- Evaluate sales and marketing performance through statistics.
- Provide the necessary coaching so that each member of the sales teams conveys the high standards of our company.
- Support and assist sales representatives in closing sales with their customers or prospects.
- Ensure the developments of a mobilized sales team to achieve objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate the competition.
- Participate in developments and contribute your ideas for continuous improvement.

**Your profile matches this**:

- You are an excellent leader with strong interpersonal skills, able to mobilize and communicate directives and expectations in a clear and constructive manner.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- You have 5 years experiences in direct sales.
- You have 2-5 years experiences in staff management.
- You are rigorous, autonomous and meticulous.
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and have good skills with an ERP.
- You are and excellent negotiator.
- You have a valid driver’s license.
- You have knowledge in construction industry, building structure and/or landscaping (an asset).
