**Overview**

As a Category Manager at ABBA Medix, you will play a pivotal role in defining, planning, and executing the product strategy for our Medical Product lines. You will collaborate closely with business development, sales, and supply chain, to ensure our products meet customer needs and contribute to business growth and responsibilities:
**Product Portfolio Management**:
Oversee and maintain a portfolio of 450+ SKUs across multiple medical product categories. Ensure SKU accuracy and consistency by managing the master SKU list. Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support operational efficiency. Conduct regular audits to ensure product data integrity across platforms.

**Product Lifecycle & Optimization**:
Identify underperforming products for removal or sunsetting based on performance metrics. Evaluate and recommend new products for onboarding to enhance category offerings. Collaborate with procurement and compliance teams to ensure smooth product transitions. Develop and implement strategies to optimize product mix and category profitability.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Partner with marketing and customer care teams to coordinate product promotions and campaigns. Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Provide product insights and training materials to internal teams. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and customer care departments.

**Reporting & Analytics**:
Produce monthly performance reports tracking sales, margins, and category trends. Analyze product-level data to identify growth opportunities and risks. Present actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. Maintain dashboards and tools to monitor SKU and category performance.

**Market & Strategic Planning**:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes. Conduct market research to identify emerging product opportunities. Contribute to annual planning and forecasting processes. Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market share and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years’ experience as a Consumer-Packaged Goods (“CPG”) Category Manager or in a similar role within the CPG industry.
- Superior MS Excel or spreadsheet Skills. A Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting is essential for this role.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with market research methods.
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
