**Proposal Specialist** to join the Proposal and Consultant Database Team. **What You Will Do**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to the existing RFP responses.
- Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process.
- Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required.

**What You Bring**
- **Investment Knowledge**:You have a Finance Degree and a genuine interest for the investment industry. 2-3 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success. Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
- **Collaborative Communication**:You can articulate yourself clearly verbally and written and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
- **Team Player**:You are committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
- **Positive Attitude**: You are a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
