As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate account records, and resolving discrepancies with both clients and internal teams. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health of the company while building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem resolution.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage daily AR tasks, including making collection calls, releasing orders, and processing payments.
- Process and resolve issues related to short payments, overpayments, deductions, and discrepancies.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of customer transactions and payments.
- Provide clients with invoices, receipts, and account statements as required.
- Work closely with the finance team to address high-risk accounts and create payment plans.
- Review and analyze accounts receivable balances, escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare monthly reports, ensuring accurate month-end reconciliation between sub-ledger and general ledger.
- Investigate and resolve client and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and standard operating procedures for AR processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- College-level Accounting certificate or diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounts receivable and general accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
