Salon Coordinator

**About us**

The Natural Hair Salon is a small business with two locations and 32 staff in Victoria, BC. We are fun, engaging, and fast-paced. This position is set in our Cook street village location, it's an exciting, inspiring & joyful work space specializing in detail-oriented cuts and colours, complex colour corrections, healthy glowing Bellami hair extensions, advanced stylists and beachy, bright balayage hair colours.

The Natural Hair Salon is searching for a coordinator for M-F shifts 8:30-4:30 at our 313 Cook street location Industry knowledge is preferred and use of Insight booking system a major plus Opportunities for rapid growth is immense.
- Client Care, phones and basic salon maintenance when available
- Manage schedule of Cook Street staff
- Retail Sales for walk ins
- Support staff
- take photos, assist when possible

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC V8W 1J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Insight Software: 1 year (preferred)
- salon or spa coordinator: 1 year (required)
