**What you will do**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training and development for sales staff.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

**For this role, come equipped with**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record in business development**.**

**Salary**: $150,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
