**Job Overview**:
Vars Concrete is seeking hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious **General Labourers** for seasonal work on residential concrete projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a reputable and experienced team in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing job sites for concrete pours
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Helping tie steel and insert rebar
- Set up and dismantle formwork and equipment
- Clean up work sites and remove debris
- Support concrete finishing tasks such as raking, screeding, and edging
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Previous construction or concrete experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Safety boots and work-appropriate clothing required
