**Your roll**:
Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening and offering solutions. Performing a wide range of general repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

- Door & Window Repair/Replacement
- Carpentry (finish & rough)
- Tilework
- Drywall Repair & Painting
- Exterior Repairs
- Remodeling
- Replacing plumbing & electrical Fixtures
- light electrical & plumbing work
- furniture assembly.
- Installation of blind and curtain rods
- re-caulking & silicone of bathtubs, showers, sinks & backsplashes
- ceiling fan repairs and installations
- closet wire shelving repairs & installs
- picture, art, and mirror hanging
- pressure washing.
- Assist with property maintenance, including gutter cleaning, landscape maint.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment & ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Live in Ridge Meadows or immediate surrounding areas
- Previous experience in the handyman or construction/home improvement field is a plus(but will train the right personality)
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail will help you shine.
- You should have basic tools; a willingness to expand your tool collection is always welcome.
- We want self-motivated, positive, caring, and respectful team members committed to delivering top-notch customer satisfaction.
- You should be able to work independently and tackle tasks with confidence
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks while kneeling, laying down, twisting, squatting, and working at heights.
- Willingness to work outdoors, even during adverse conditions.
- Previous experience with invoicing/estimating software, sales experience, and project management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Residential construction: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Maple Ridge, BC (preferred)

Work Location: In person
