**Job Description**:
**Position Title**: Production Allocation Analyst - Hybrid

**Reporting to**: Executive Director

The Production Allocation Analyst position is a very critical role in our organization. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data relative to the production, allocation, quota, and levy/license fee systems for broiler hatching egg and chick production in Ontario.

Communicates and coordinates with different departments and external contacts is required to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and reports. Identifies and resolves issues that may affect the production and scheduling process is integral to this position.

Ongoing monitoring of information system processes to test reliability and accuracy of overall data and reports production is critical.

The ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is necessary for success in this role.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Must be a great team player
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel

Must have strong attention to detail
- Meticulous records maintenance skills
- Strong oral and written communication, organization and time management skills
- Ability to deal with many details and to work independently
- Must have understanding of accounting, finance and business
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify enhancements to information systems to improve the overall flow of information and reporting
- Strategic thinking for optimizing workflow and building operational frameworks
- Customer service aptitude
- Must have a combination of analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as a relevant work experience
- Understanding of commercial scale broiler chicken production systems would be an asset

**WORKING CONDITIONS**: Office environment; limited travel during business hours; use of personal vehicle for business travel

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
