**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Welcoming**: Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression of Volt Raceway.
- **Check-In Management**: Efficiently manage the check-in process, including handling reservations, waivers, and payments, to streamline guest entry.
- **Information Hub**: Serve as the primary point of information for guests, offering details about track rules, pricing, promotions, and facilities.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any guest concerns or inquiries, ensuring a satisfactory and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to communicate guest feedback and contribute to the improvement of services and operations.
- **Merchandise Counter** - pick and pack selected merchandise according to guest request and obtained tickets within the arcade centre.
