Bilingual Data Specialist

Job Summary** Under general supervision, the Data Specialist is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day. **II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Validate and Confirm all driver and helper information in OPUS confirmations - Manage MAS cases and closure of all customer tickets daily - Partner with the site and dispatch teams for validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data or reporting when required - Assist with the data collection and reporting required for special projects or programs - Management of the Area disposal tables and assist in updating accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed - Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records **III. Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Must live and work in Canada. A. Education and Experience - Education: High School Diploma (accredited). - Experience: No experience B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to successfully handle multiple projects at one time - Strong communicator, both written and verbally - Bilingual (French and English) - spoken and written - We require a bilingual speaking specialist to service our English-speaking clients in the province of Quebec **IV.
