**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide luxury beverage service serving guests both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Help to create memorable experiences for our guests by staying apprised of events and special occasions.
- Make consistent efforts to identify repeat guests and customize their experience based on their preferences.
- Practice Smart Serve principles and check customers’ identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age as required.
- Communicate and be an example of Elora Mill's core values by demonstrating genuine and thoughtful hospitality in the day-to-day execution of duties
- Embody a great service culture, and create a high level of service standards and excellence

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 2-4 years in a Bartender role
- Smart Serve Certification
- Excellent wine, beer and spirit knowledge
