Residential Cleaner

Position: Residential Cleaner

Job Summary: The residential cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that homes and apartments are cleaned to a high standard. They will work with clients to create a cleaning schedule, and will be responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks on a regular basis. The residential cleaner will report to the manager or supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Clean homes and apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, as well as clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Change bed linens, wash and fold laundry, and clean and organize closets.
- Follow cleaning schedules created with clients and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and well-stocked.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor or manager.
- Follow company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies.
- Ability to climb stairs and work in small spaces.

Working Conditions:

- Work may be physically demanding and involve exposure to cleaning chemicals.

- May need to work in homes with pets or allergies.

Must Have:

- Valid driver's license
- Own equipment
- 2 year's Residential cleaning experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $22.50 per hour
