**ASM Chilltech is BGIS company. ASM Chilltech provides Commercial Plumbing, HVAC & Mechanical Services maintenance, repair, and installation solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.**

We are seeking an experienced Labourer to perform hands on duties in building maintenance and to support other trade qualified staff in projects and conducting both routine and reactive works as a Trades Assistant. Experience within HVAC and facility maintenance or working with trades will be highly regarded. This is a permanent, full-time position located in the Bundoora Area.

**As part of the team, you will be working with Qualified Trades and Technicians across a diversified and growing portfolio of well known customers from across the Government, education, health, aged care and commercial sectors.**

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain a Police check
- Full Working with Children’s Check
- As an Essential Services supplier, we will require proof of vaccination for Covid-19, aligning with the current CHO mandate and prior to the commencement
- Must have a White card
- Must have a valid Victorian driver’s license
- A light/Medium Rigid Truck and forklift license is preferable
- Open and clear communication in a team environmentExperience working with a trade or within a facility maintenance environment preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- General Labouring and Cleaning duties of work sites
- Assist qualified staff in conducting specialist project installations and equipment upgrades and maintenance activities
- Complete tasks as instructed by the Project Manager/SupervisorMinor Building Maintenance tasks
