Marketing Coordinator

BigSteelBox - Canada’s most diversified shipping container company - is looking for a Marketing Coordinator at its
central support office in Kelowna.

This is a permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) starting as early as February 27th. The
position offers a competitive base salary dependent on experience, an annual incentive scheme, a competitive
benefits package, and an RRSP matching program that will be provided after 3 months.

THE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in a marketing role
Specific online marketing courses an asset
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage and organize fast-paced projects
Building connections with colleagues, customers and communities
Understanding of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager and Adobe Creative

Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign), an asset

WHAT YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Creating and updating all reports for the department (Analytics reports, ROAS, lead reports etc.)
Project management for sponsorships, promotions, tradeshows and events
Managing local store marketing activities
Liaising with suppliers to develop and produce collateral materials, signage and advertising
Maintaining and updating price lists

Management of photography and video production
Supporting the marketing managers and director with the development and execution of digital

advertising programs
Managing marketing budgets and tracking project costs
