**Clinic Receptionist**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top medical aesthetics clinic in a full-time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and direct patients and visitors
- Book patient appointments
- Process transactions (POS system)
- Coordinate schedules with staff, consultants and contractors
- Assist with patient follow-ups, re-bookings, and retention calls
- Answer questions about products and services
- Prepare, update and file patient charts
- Monitor office and medical supply inventory
- Prepare and submit purchase orders
- Prepare end-of-day closing reports
- Stock treatment rooms
- Take staff meeting minutes
- Manage clinic computers and software

**Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Passionate about patient care
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Numerical skills
- Typing speed of 40 wpm +
- Experience with Milano an asset
- Experience with product sales an asset
- Experience in the medical spa/aesthetics industry an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- reception: 1 year (preferred)
- medical spa/aesthetics: 1 year (preferred)
