**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy service times.
- Properly sort and dispose of waste materials according to health and safety regulations.
- Help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors as required.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure safe food handling practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with food handling and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to assist with various tasks beyond dishwashing when needed, including basic food preparation.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required by the job duties.
