**The Program**

**In Your Role You Will**
- Post high volume of job requisitions and set up new employees in HRIS system.
- Ensure accuracy of pre-boarding employees as supported by the field administration teams.
- Act as a point of contact for the Njoyn Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing guidance and support as needed.
- Deliver recruitment support for management roles.
- Support HR processes related to criminal record check, vulnerable persons search, and immigration support ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and audit requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs that align with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment. This may include, but is not limited to, training support and performance management administration.
- Maintain employee personnel files, both hard copies and electronic, as used within the HR Department.
- Participate in various HR projects
- Maintain high standards of customer service excellence in all interactions and deliverables.
**The Position**
Some components of this role are highly transactional, supporting multiple HR functions. Ability to execute repetitive tasks in an efficient manner is highly preferable.
Schedule:
One (1) permanent full-time position with a weekly schedule of 40 hours:
- Monday through Friday, 0830-1630
The position is currently scheduled to be based out of the Central Administration office in Maple Ridge, BC and is open for a hybrid/remote model which will be discussed during an interview.

- Currently pursuing a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of comprehensive experience and understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Proven experience in onboarding in a similar HR role with a focus on front-line and operational support tasks.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage teams effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in a variety of systems such as applicant tracking (i.e. Njoyn), HR Information (i.e. Dayforce) and Microsoft Office 365 is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for motivating and inspiring a diverse team, along with a commitment to effective leadership.
