Billing Specialist

Montreal Cleaning Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Billing Specialist. As a leading provider of cleaning services in Montreal, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process accurate invoices for clients in a timely manner.
- Review contracts and service agreements to ensure billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain organized records of billing activities and client communications.
- Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting role is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.

Pay: $22.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
