**Discovery Coffee** is on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Café Manager to elevate our vibrant team at our James Bay location. Here at Discovery Coffee, we take pride in cultivating a diverse team that shares our core values and passion for the coffee industry.

As the Café Manager your primary responsibility will be to maintain our high standards in the daily operations and leadership of the café. You will ensure that our products, culture, and customer service consistently align with Discovery Coffee’s expectations. Your duties will encompass four main areas: Café Operations, Administration, Leadership and Team Management, and Quality and Safety.

***What We’re Looking For**
- Progressive experience in team leadership and management.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong and consierate communication skills.
- At least one year of experience in hospitality/restaurant leadership/management.
- Ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
- A genuine passion for coffee.
- A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
