We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible pathways during winter weather conditions. As a Snow Shoveler, you will be responsible for clearing snow from various surfaces, ensuring that properties remain safe for residents and visitors. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.

**Responsibilities**
- Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots using shovels and snow removal equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete snow removal tasks efficiently.
- Dig out areas where snow has accumulated excessively, ensuring all surfaces are clear.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed during off-season periods, including irrigation and garden upkeep.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent service and communication regarding snow removal efforts.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in snow removal or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to power tools and hand tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
