We are looking for a lead cook and keyholder to open and run the kitchen for breakfast and lunch service. We are a fast paced restaurant and experience is a must. Early mornings are required.

**Job Description**:

- Working the grill and leading 1-2 other cooks on the line during
- Open communication with team members in other areas of the restaurant
- Preparing meals to order in a fast-paced kitchen
- Operating large kitchen equipment (ie fryer, broaster, grill)
- Ensuring all food storage areas are properly stocked before, during and after service
- Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace at all times
- Performing additional cleaning and organizing tasks such as opening and closing the kitchen
- Heavy lifting required throughout shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
