Inside Sales Representative

**Flaman Sales Ltd. **has an exciting opportunity for you We currently have an opening for a dynamic, innovative and ambitious **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team This position will be based out of our **Fairview, Alberta **location.

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Providing exceptional customer service while promoting Flaman equipment in an honest and professional manner
- Building relationships and increasing sales
- Proactive problem solving and trouble shooting
- Identify areas for company growth
- Remain up-to-date with product knowledge and share knowledge with client network
- Explaining and demonstrating the operation of parts and equipment to customers.
- Prioritize tasks and/or projects for completion within designated deadlines
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Maintain ethical behavior
- Managing the purchase process from beginning to end; including entering orders into the computer system
- Handle Rental requirements of customers through counter service and sales
- Assist in ordering, whole goods & parts as required
- Work in partnership with the Store Manager and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence
- Inventory counts
- Bring your enthusiasm and positivity to work

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customers and providing a great customer experience
- A Farm and/or Ag Business background is a strong asset
- Previous experience in sales (an asset)
- Knowledge and experience in agriculture industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with the equipment Flaman offers
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through
- Computer competency, proficient with word, excel & outlook
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Professional, team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals
- Have a clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check
- Have a great sense of humor

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fairview, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
